Non-custodial platform. X3NA never holds your funds. Your wallet connects directly to audited smart contracts on the BASE blockchain. You control your money at all times.
Smart contract security:
- Contracts are publicly verified and auditable on the BASE blockchain.
- Battle logic is immutable once a round starts — no one can alter the rules mid-game.
- Every transaction (bets, payouts, refunds) is recorded on-chain and can be independently verified through any block explorer.
Price data integrity:
- Price feeds come from Chainlink oracles — reliable, decentralized, real-time data sources.
- The starting and final prices are locked by the smart contract at precise moments, preventing any form of manipulation.
Responsible Play
X3NA is skill-based entertainment involving financial risk. Please keep the following in mind:
- Only play with funds you can afford to lose. Never use money earmarked for rent, bills, or essential expenses.
- Set personal loss limits before you start playing. Decide in advance how much you're willing to lose in a session, and stop when you reach that limit.
- Take breaks. Extended sessions lead to fatigue and poor decisions.
- Don't chase losses. If you're on a losing streak, stop and come back later.
- This is not investing. X3NA battles are short-term entertainment, not a wealth-building strategy.
Protecting Your Account
- The official app lives at app.x3na.com. Always verify you're on the correct URL before connecting your wallet.
- Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, under any circumstances.
- The X3NA team will never DM you first asking for private keys, funds, or personal information. If someone claims to be from X3NA and contacts you directly, it's a scam.
- Bookmark the official URL to avoid phishing sites.

X3NA is restricted to users 18 years and older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Common Issues
Transaction failed or stuck?
- Check that you have enough ETH on BASE for gas fees.
- Try increasing the gas price in your wallet settings.
- If the transaction is pending for more than a minute, it may need to be cancelled and resubmitted.
Didn't receive payout?
- Payouts are automatic and arrive within 4-6 seconds. If it hasn't arrived after a minute, check your wallet on a BASE block explorer to confirm the transaction.
- If there's a confirmed issue, contact support with your wallet address and the approximate time of the battle.
Wallet not connecting?
- Make sure your wallet extension is up to date.
- Try refreshing the page or switching browsers.
- Disable ad blockers or VPN that may interfere with the connection.
