How It Works
Every battle creates a prize pool from all participants' bets. When the battle ends, the payout is calculated in five steps:
- Total Prize Pool = Sum of all bets in the round
- Platform Commission = 5% of the Total Prize Pool
- Payout Pool = 95% of the Total Prize Pool
- Multiplier = Payout Pool / Total bets on the winning side
- Your Winnings = Your Bet x Multiplier
Example 1: Even Split (50/50)
10 players each bet 0.01 ETH. Five predict UP, five predict DOWN.
- Total Prize Pool: 0.1 ETH
- Platform Commission (5%): 0.005 ETH
- Payout Pool: 0.095 ETH
- UP bets: 0.05 ETH / DOWN bets: 0.05 ETH
- Winner Multiplier: 1.9x
If you bet 0.01 ETH and won, you receive 0.019 ETH — your original bet plus 90% profit.
Example 2: Asymmetric Split (80/20)
Same 10 players, same total pool. But 8 players bet UP and only 2 bet DOWN.
- Total Prize Pool: 0.1 ETH
- Payout Pool: 0.095 ETH
- UP bets: 0.08 ETH / DOWN bets: 0.02 ETH
If UP wins (majority was right):
- UP Multiplier: 0.095 / 0.08 = 1.19x (small profit)
If DOWN wins (minority was right):
- DOWN Multiplier: 0.095 / 0.02 = 4.75x (massive profit)
A 0.01 ETH bet on DOWN would return 0.0475 ETH — nearly 5x the original stake.
